Salve Return & Exchange Policy

At Salve, every piece is crafted to be bold, timeless, and unforgettable. We want you to love your jewellery—but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

1. Return Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Eligibility may vary for promotional or discounted products.

2. Refunds

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued as Salve Wallet credit, redeemable on future purchases.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Any issues with defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims beyond this window will not be eligible for resolution.

4. Sale & Promotional Items

• Products purchased during special promotions (e.g., Buy One Get One, free product offers) are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable.

5. Return Shipping Fee

• A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 may be deducted from the refund for excessive or repeated returns.
• This ensures fair use of our hassle-free return service.

6. Final Approval

• All returns are subject to quality checks by Salve’s team.
• Items failing inspection (used, damaged, or missing packaging) will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
