EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange the product within the first 15 calendar days of the item’s delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:

  • Product is defective and/or damaged.
  • Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition.
  • Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
  • Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can’t be a subject of resell any more.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Or Exchange is not available on free/discounted items.
  • For Exchange or Return in case of defective or damaged item we may ask you for video of unboxing. (Always record a video while unboxing any product received from any website.)
